Seasonal Insanity

I’ve had quite a few trips around the sun and I enjoy recognizing patterns. Many folks see the superficial changes of the seasons, but if you look deeper, it brings a whole new level of awareness. I’m here to guide you through the ups and downs of each season and how it affects all aspects of your life.

For me, every season has its benefits and drawbacks, so I try to live and work in harmony with this seasonal cycle. Here in the Northeastern US, we are fortunate to have four (actually five) distinct seasons. Each brings a different energy and inspiration, as well as limitations. November: Holiday Madness Begins

I was in the grocery store on November 1st, and they were already putting up Christmas decorations! Halloween had not even had a chance to exhale and BAM! Christmas is coming. The hyper-commercialization of ALL of the holidays is exhausting. I think the Halloween candy appeared in mid August!
