The Art of Living Healthy

Living healthy is more of an art than a science. With so much going on, staying sane (and healthy) through it all is important for me and my fabulous felines! It is a delicate balance of living in this crazy world, working hard, having fun and living as natural as possible. Check out this section if you want to learn more about how to stay healthy without losing your mind in the process. (Staying mentally healthy is just as hard as staying physically healthy!)

Learning health information in this day and age can be like trying to drink from a fire hose. There is sooo much to try and convey in a way that is not overwhelming. My approach is going to be similar to my homepage, where I break everything down into smaller chunks and work from there. If a link is not working, that means I have not yet created the content. Please have some patience with me while I build all this out.

We are what we eat. Don’t be fast, cheap or easy. Quality over quantity. Eat as best you can with what you can afford. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” diet, no matter how many people are talking about it on Instagram. And above all… moderation is the key.
